Based on the report from the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety, the combined total number of regular DUI, aggravated DUI and extreme DUI arrests has also increased steadily since 2003.

These ever increasing Arizona DUI arrest numbers mean that Arizona law enforcement officers are getting better at focusing and identifying possible DUI offenders. These numbers also mean they are prosecuting more and more. Because of this Arizona residents and visitors must make sure that they understand Arizona DUI law before they decide to get behind the wheel of a car.
