Recently, in Tempe, Arizona, a Chandler man accidentally shot his friend with a stolen gun. Glover said the felony count is being investigated, but if the man in the hospital decides to aid in prosecution, Tempe police could recommend an assault charge. “This situation is particularly dangerous because a bullet like that doesn’t have an aim on it and could hit anyone,” he said.
